Me 03:48
I thought i was having a hard day. I was so tired this morning, i didn't wan't to see you, i said i was working. I didn't know you needed me, I didn't know you lost your friend. Somedays i wish it was me, I give nothing to society. She would know how to comfort you, she would never abandon you. I was never your first choice, Im just a lonely friend, on whom everyone depends, i got no life so live thru yours. Obviously i don't know what to say, so i'll do what i always do and run away. I didn't know you needed me, I didn't know you lost your friend. Too caught up in myself, to give a thought about anyone else. I didn't want things to end this way, but my stubboness drove you away. I was never your best friend, you put everyone you knew before me, so I'm here feeling sorry. Listening to the songs you used to sing with me. You were never there for me, you don't care i lost my friend, theres no one here to comfort me, now you've given up on me.

What have i done now. What have i done now, I hear you scream my name out. I think im the one to blame now. Oh what have i done now. I want to be alone now. With no one else around now. To get lost, lost in music. I wanna get lost in my music.

You're not a boy now, you're not a boy now, Its time to wake up now, it's time to grow up now. What you gonna do with you're life then? Is there room enough for two in you're life then? Remember the old days, calling for you're friends? Those days are over, everything has to end. It's time to wake up now, its time to grow up now. Lets start a new life, make memories less far away. Let's make babies, time is slipping away. Witness another childhood, you wont see yours again. Don't leave it till it's too late, don't live to regret your mistakes. You're not a boy now, you're not a boy now, Its time to wake up now, it's time to grow up now.

Bojangles 03:00
Every conversation, that we ever had, wasn't real. Everything you're seeing, the sun & the smiles, they aren't real. i heard someone say, we're bigger on the inside, but you won't understand that, until you die. You said you'll always be there for me, i said i'll be there for you. But every word i said, just wasn't true. I never learn't to trust no one, never learn't to love. I talked the talk, but never walked the walk, never opened up, never opened up. You never saw the real me, not even one bit of me. I was just a mirror, a mirror of you. I was everything you wanted, everything you dreamed i would be, but it wasn't real, it wasn't me. Im not sorry. Thats just what i do.

Call to arms 02:52
You woke up in a nightmare. Lying in a strangers blood (pretending you were dead). Meaningless murder. What do you hope to achieve? We're all praying for peace. I can see how this will end, i can see how this will end… Call to arms citizens, call to arms citizens, fight for freedom, fight for freedom, again. Call to arm citizens, call to arms citizens, are you ready? are you ready? for war? We'll change our pictures red white & blue, as we mourn we won't think of you. For all the bad, for all the evil, there are some good, there are our heroes. Your time will come, you will be found. All of you will be shot down. I believe in peace, i believe in peace, i believe in good, i believe in kindness, i still believe in people. Call to arms citizens, call to arms citizens, fight for freedom, fight for freedom again. Call to arm citizens, call to arms citizens, are you ready? are you ready for war?

There's a hole in my soul, so lie next to me. There's a dark beauty in just wallowing. I can't quite understand where everyone is going. Soon there'll be no one else left, we'll be all alone. They're leaving us in charge of everything. But none of us really know what we're doing. Follow your heart, feed your soul, live your dreams, don't ever let go. Don't wanna be left just wondering, thinking all about what might have been. Watching through life without looking. Not ever seeing the beautiful things. You always told us, follow your heart, feed your soul, live your dreams, don't ever let go.

Look in to the mirror, see what you can see. I see you in the mirror, looking right thru me. This has been the longest time, without you in my life. Were you ever really there, or was it just a dream? Do you remember or even think of me? You've become my imaginary friend. Look in the water, like you did sat next to me. I see you in the water, but there's no one next to me. Do you still care? I never thought this was how it would be. This has been the longest time, without you in my life. You're dead to me. You've become my imaginary friend. You've become my imaginary friend You are my imaginary friend.

Blackstar 03:52
Go to sleep my friend. Don't be cold again. You say its nearly the end. Remember your friends, and your family, they surround you. Wrap them, around you. Go to sleep my friend. Let your mind be free again. Those beautiful eyes, never to open again. You composed right till the end. And when you're sleeping, you're young again, When you're dreaming, you're young again. And now you're dying, everyone is crying. You're a black star, and a rockstar. You're a black star, and a rockstar. You're a black star, and a rockstar. How d'u think you've done in life then? Did you get everything done in your lifetime? It dont matter now, cos its too late, open your wings and fly away. Just like that bluebird, you'll be free.

about

This is the first album I completely mixed and mastered myself, it was hard work, I really don't enjoy the technical side of recording, just untangling the cables to set the mikes up make me lose my temper..so you can imagine how hard finishing this was. My beautiful piano was the star of this album.
